Louisiana Parish School System Special Education Department at Verizon

In April, educators with the Lafayette Parish School System Special Education Department, Community Skills Program brought area high school special needs 12th grade students to a Verizon store to learn about phone safety. The event was held prior to store opening, to provide personalized training for the students. The seminar covered best practices for over-the-phone conversations, services that Verizon offers, things to consider when choosing a plan or carrier, and more. It’s just one way we are moving forward together! To get a glimpse into this incredible event, check out the pictures below!
