Commercial Observer: Trammell Crow to Build $750M Sciences Expansion at Georgia Tech

Tramell Crow will develop a phase of the estimated $750 million plan and build 365,000 square feet of life sciences lab and office space, as well as 280 apartments. A new biosciences and health innovation development from Trammell Crow Company is on its way at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle reported the Development Authority of Fulton County this week unanimously approved a $647.5 million revenue bond to help finance the expansion plan at Technology Enterprise Park.
