Technically Philly: 12 history-making Black technologists

It’s Black History Month, the time of year when often-forgotten African American historical figures are given the props they deserve. This year, Americans are living in a “culture wars” climate that has already seen the removal of books on Black life and history from schools around the country, including Civil Rights books, books on the history of American slavery and books by authors such as James Baldwin, Toni Morrison and Maya Angelou.
