In this episode of our Community Partnership Chat, Verizon’s Adriana Dawson sits down with Angela Bannerman Ankoma, Vice President and Executive Director of the Equity Leadership Initiative (ELI) at the Rhode Island Foundation. The Rhode Island Foundation is one of the oldest and largest community foundations in the country, and is the only community foundation serving the state of Rhode Island.  In her role as Executive Director of ELI, Angela leads the Foundation’s efforts focused on diversity, equity, access, and inclusion; with a first-focus on racial equity.
