Puget Sound Business Journal: Seattle Event Startup Banzai Acquires High Attendance

Seattle-based event marketing technology startup Banzai has acquired a virtual event management software company in a move announced Tuesday.

The acquisition of Texas-based High Attendance is significant for Banzai, which was founded in 2015 and raised its $7 million Series A in March. It’s the latest in a collection of mergers and acquisitions involving Seattle-area companies, including SmartsheetGeneral Microsystems and Integris Software. Companies did not disclose terms of the deal.
