Providence Business Journal: UNFI partners with DoorDash to offer grocery delivery

The largest publicly traded grocery distributor in the U.S., headquartered in Providence, has cut a deal with DoorDash to help independent grocers offer online delivery services to their customers.

United Natural Foods Inc. (NYSE:UNFI) today announced an agreement with the global last-mile logistics platform “to bring on-demand grocery delivery solutions to independent retailers nationwide through the DoorDash marketplace.”
