Botco.ai, an artificial intelligence chatbot software company based in Scottsdale, raised $2.2 million in its latest round of seed funding.
The company’s chat and marketing software is aimed at providing intelligent communication between companies and their customers at a scale that is much harder for human messengers to attain.
Rebecca Clyde, the founder and CEO of Botco.ai, said that the company’s customer base is primarily health care professionals, many of whom had not embraced digital patient engagement before the pandemic.
