Journera, a travel-tech startup launched by Orbitz founder Jeffrey Katz, has raised another $11.6 million.

The Chicago-based company’s data-sharing software allows travel companies such as hotels, airlines and car-rental agencies to collaborate to offer travelers better coordinated service and take some of the inevitable headaches out of the experience. So if your flight gets delayed, your car rental, baggage delivery and hotel reservation would get updated automatically.
