Recently, Faces of 5G’s Matt Weinberg interviewed Maor Cohen, CEO and Co-Founder of n*gram health. n*gram aims to improve quality of life for senior citizens, caregivers, and families through virtual reality therapies.
Cohen highlights the importance of connectivity, and how our world is relying more on telehealth and digital therapeutics. He notes that since the COVID-19 pandemic, n*gram has changed how they not only think about their product, but how they deliver their product. Cohen argues that since the virus has caused many to stay home, it is reinforcing the need for high quality experiences that improve quality of life while the patient is in the home.
Cohen’s virtual reality platform, and the patients it intends to help, needs a strong network connection to ensure the highest quality experience. He noted that, “we are seeing tremendous changes in the world as a result of the current crisis and as a result improving cellular connectivity,” and these “new connectivity experiences are going to cause a fundamental change in the toolbox of medicine.” He is excited to see the benefits of telehealth and teletherapy that continue to emerge not only for seniors, but for all ages.
