Bolly Inside: Alliance Launches Detroit Resource Center for Black-Owned Businesses

A grand opening event is set for 6 p.m. Monday. The center at 1234 Washington Blvd. will provide free internet and co-working space for its members, officials said. Services are also accessible to nonmembers for a fee. The center will also have workshops, seminars and other resources for Black-owned businesses, officials said.

State of Reform: U of M telehealth report finds disparities in access and similar productivity as in-person

The University of Michigan Institute for Healthcare Policy & Innovation (IHPI) released a report last week detailing research on telehealth access, cost, and quality at Michigan Medicine clinics and hospitals. The report includes “snapshots” of data that show disparities in access, similar labor costs and productivity levels among video and in-person visits, and clinicians’ perspectives on telehealth.
