Alabama Inno: InCare Technology acquired by Massachusetts-based company

Massachusetts-based Thrive, a provider of managed services, has acquired Birmingham-based tech company InCare Technology. The acquisition will provide Thrive with a regional provider in the South, enabling the company to deliver and support managed cybersecurity, collaboration and cloud services. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed to the BBJ.
